The PVR airport is about a 20 minute drive. Thirty minute bus ride to airport. The shops and restaurants (including only a ten, shops and restaurants and to all of Puerto Vallarta's) are about a 10 minute walk from the property. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 10 minute walk from the property. There is a public dock for 5 boats. Ten minute walk to Los Muertos Beach.
