Access to a public beach is a ten minute walk along the seawall. The complex is located two minutes from the seawall, which is a popular walk that can take you all the way around Stanley Park - a one and a half hour walk. Directly out front of the complex is a marina. Golf courses located within an hour's drive. There is a bus stop directly out front of the building. High end shopping and dining are centrally located in Yaletown. Downtown shops are a ten minute walk or a five minute bus ride. Aquarius III is located in the Yaletown district of downtown Vancouver. The Stanley Park/False Creek seawall path, marina and passenger ferry to Granville Island are in front of the building and the Roundhouse Community Centre is next door. Two parks and all of Yaletown's shops, restaurants and galleries are just a few minutes walk away. The Robson Street shopping district, BC Place, General Motors Place, The Ford Centre, Orpheum Theatre, Vogue Theatre, the new Vancouver Library and Science World are all within a ten minute walk from the building.
