Relax in our 5 bedroom home with central air. Four brand new pillow top king bedrooms and a children’s bedroom with two twin beds. The entire house was equipped with all new furniture in June of 2016 and a few antiques (including a coffee table made from a real ship’s wheel) and remodeled in 2018. All bedrooms are equipped with 42 inch flat screen smart LED TVs. Two of the king bedrooms have their own private deck and a third deck is accessible from the sunroom and the dining room. Use the stainless steel BBQ conveniently located just off the sunroom to whip up a quick dinner or prepare a gourmet feast in our well-appointed kitchen equipped with granite countertops and backsplash and ample pots, pans, blender, crock pot, 4 slice toaster, griddle, hand mixer and more. Located in highly desirable North Chatham. Situated in the “elbow" of the Cape, you can walk to Scatteree Beach or bike to Lighthouse Beach. Just a short drive to town, restaurants, and golf. The bike trail is close by, as is the shark museum, and the Lazy Lobster restaurant. The house sits at the end of a private drive with plenty of parking. This large home is perfect for two families or a large family get together. Enjoy a cup of coffee in our sunroom equipped with a coffee station and electric teakettle. There are 3 gathering areas: a large living room on the first floor, a spacious family room in the basement, and a cozy media room on the first floor. All of the gathering areas have large flat screen Smart LED TVs. The media room, kitchen and outside deck are equipped with Bose speakers. The in-law apartment in the basement has its own fully equipped kitchen with adjoining eating area, a spacious family room with a queen pull out sofa and its own private king bedroom. It also has its own separate entry from outside. The house has four and a half full bathrooms. One bathroom on each level, plus an oversized outside shower that has hot and cold water. The beautifully landscaped yard is small, but you can enjoy a game of croquet or horseshoes or just pick from the many outdoor and indoor games we have on hand. Enjoy the large outside shower with hot and cold running water. Help yourself to free long distance calls, a cable package that includes Nesson so you won’t miss an important ball game, and secure WiFi. Don’t worry about who has the key, as we have a state of the art keyless entry system. The beautiful village of Chatham is one of the most picturesque and sought after on the Cape. It has great beaches, seal tours, FREE Chatham Angler baseball games, FREE band concerts on the green, Shark Museum, Chatham Lighthouse, Monomoy Theater, and charming boutiques and antique shops galore. Taking 2019 bookings now. Off-season we do take short bookings making this home ideal for groups going to weddings, graduations, memorial services, business trips, etc. There is no mandatory arrival or departure day during off season. High season rates (July and August) must be in 7 day increments 7,14,21,28. Reservation arrival and departure is on Saturday during high season.
