This home was designed to be our full time residence. Completely off the grid but with all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. The diverse ecosystem provides experiences that you can only get here.Beaches, mountains, animals, forest, all here. Corcovado National Park is recognized by National Geographic as one of the top National Parks in the entire world. Luckily the animals do not know the parks boundaries so you can enjoy many of them from our house. Monkeys galore. Our house is unique in this area. We love the jungle and the ocean but we also like to come home to conveniences that are not common in the area. We have hot showers, clean drinking water, a full kitchen, electricity 24 hours a day, and great wifi. This may seem standard but that is not the case in this area. The house is screened-in open air and does not have air conditioner. We do have fans in every room in case you need it. You will find that the nights are cool and you likely will not want a fan on. But it is available to you. Our property has many fruit trees including, pineapple, mangos, avocado, limes, bananas, plantains, jack fruit, mandarine, cacao, cashews, coconuts, and more. We also have a garden for you to pick from. You are welcome to anything you find on our property. We have a full time employee/licensed tour guide on site. Don't worry, he lives in a separate house and can be as visible or invisible as you like. Gary is his name and he is there to manage the property and keep up the land, is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to take care of any needs during your stay. He is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the area. You will love him. If you decide that you want to go eat at a nearby hotel, he can coordinate that. He will need to call and see what they are serving as the hotels do not have menus and serve only one option per meal. Anything at al that you want or need can be taken care of through Gary. The property is about 16 acres of mostly untouched Forrest. You are free to roam around and see all the animals and plants. This is truly an amazing area so you will see many animals in their natural habitat. Gary can take you around the property and to nearby waterfalls. He is highly skilled and licensed as a guide so he can spot things you would never see by yourself. The entire property is available to you. We are also the last point you can reach by car before the National Park. From here you must park and walk approximately 3.5 kilometers to the park entrance. Its an amazing walk. Our goal is to completely exceed your expectations. We are always available to answer any question and handle any issues. Please message us and we will respond right away. You will also have a two way radio so that you can contact Gary 24 hours a day. He is close by and will be there to serve you during your stay. As we mentioned, if you don't need him then you wont see him at all. If you do need him then he will be there. Your choice.

This Lodge is a spectacular home with a 90 mt drop waterfall and mountain bike trails as its backyard. The house has 2 bedrooms on the top floor with great space for entertaining on the lower level. The tree farm has been adapted to offer great adventures for mountain biking and hiking through a responsible, sustainable and environmentally friendly project run by a Costa Rican family with the support of local staff. Without losing sight of the details, its accessibility to the national and international public, The lodge is the ultimate destination for those who love living a life directed to sports, introspection and a deep respect for the nature that surrounds them. The waterfall known as Casada Salvaje is an amazing 90 mts drop with water all year round. Most impressive during the winter months, the rock formation under the cascade can be fully appreciated during the summer months when the water levels drop down. It is located 1.5 miles from Playa Hermosa, a beach well known for its great surf break and related amenities. It is also 45 minutes away from Manuel Antonio National Park, 30 minutes from Carara National Park, and only one and a half hours from San Jose. Come visit us for a weekend, a week or a month. You will find lots of things to do all day long.

This is where it all started. This is our most rustic and cherished unit. It comes with everything. The large bathroom has a beautiful shower, hair dryer, and make up mirror. The open living room, kitchen, dining area has new wicker furniture, full fridge, microwave, stove, oven, coffee make and blender. The separate bedroom has a super comfortable king bed or can be requested as 2 single beds with silent clean AIR CONDITIONING and opens off to a large patio. Access is very easy.
