Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If the nights are re-rented, the owner will refund 50% of the payment.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
Guest is responsible for purchasing temporary damage insurance of at least $5000 (through a third party company) and providing proof of purchase to the owner prior to arrival.

Great location. Walking distance to Honl’s beach and town. Owner was very accommodating and kept in contact with us even before our stay at her condo. Condo was clean and comfortable and we felt safe in the gated community.

Big Island Resort - Condo in a complex - 1200 sq ft / 111 sq m - Ground level
This luxury condo is located in prestigious Alii Cove, one of Kona's newest complexes. All stainless steel appliances and soothing furnishings add to the relaxed and calming decor. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and wifi with router. This is a ground floor unit - NO STAIRS/steps to access the unit or within the unit/lanai. There is a large shower with bench seat in the Master Bathroom.

It is conveniently located, across from Honl's beach, a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, a short 5-10 minute walk to Kona village, restaurants and the farmer's market. A 10 minute drive in either direction takes you to golf courses, tennis or shopping.

The private, gated complex includes a resort style pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area and workout room. The unit has two assigned parking spaces, one covered and one uncovered. Guest parking is also available.

This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a California King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable full size pull-out sofabed in the living room. Brand new stainless dishwasher is installed (as all new stainless steel appliances). The condo has a flat screen TV, cable, wireless internet, and washer and dryer. The quiet lanai has seating for 6 and is planted with tropical palms including banana palms. Living room also has a wonderful hawaiian style chair in addition to the super comfy sofa. We are working on getting the photos listed and thank you for your patience.

Again, the location of this complex can't be beat - across the street from a sandy beach and on the south edge of downtown Kailua-Kona on Alii Drive. The unit is in building E, a great location within the complex - close to everything (pool, beach etc), but far enough away from the main street, so very quiet.
