Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival the 25% deposit is refundable minus the 5% credit card processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival the 25% deposit is refunded if the property is re-rented minus the 5% credit card processing fee. Please Note* Bookings during Dec 19th to Jan 3rd and Mar 6th to March 15th (Spring Break) will only be refundable if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Wonderful townhouse with modern decor and fully stocked with everything you need. The loft and upstairs den were perfect for our kids; they liked the townhouse so much, they all asked "can we live here?" The downstairs area is pretty much a separate suite and gave some privacy for the other part of our group. The kitchen has every piece of cooking equipment you could need, plus spices and condiments (things you sometimes forget to bring). The gas fireplace provides instant warmth, the couches and beds are comfortable, being outside in the hot tub with snow falling and Christmas lights twinkling is magical! Plus only a few steps away to the slopes. Highly recommend.

Fully renovated in 2014 you will feel right at home with all the amenities you could ask for in a ski chalet. Only a few minute walk to village center and a hundred feet to the runs, you can park your car and forget about it, you won't be needing it anymore. There is plenty of room and well laid out to accommodate two families or large groups of 8 to 10 peoples. When the day is over relax in the private hot tub to ease those aching muscles.
