Open concept, bright studio suite one block from stunning Dallas Road waterfront / Beacon Hill Park and 3 blocks from the heart of vibrant Cook Street Village. Ideal place to base a stay in Victoria. Close to everything including downtown.Cook Street Village is a dynamic, vibrant community filled with restaurants, cafes, grocers, furniture / antique stores, pharmacy and much more. The house is surrounded by ocean and beautiful Beacon Hill Park. Downtown Victoria is an easy 15 minute walk.

The studio is light filled with windows on 3 sides with big south facing light. Lovely kitchen with stainless steel fridge and full stove/oven. Herb and strawberry garden right outside the kitchen window. Queen bed (organic materials) with high end linens in a separate alcove sleeping nook in the apartment. Bose sound system with phone/ipod connector. Down filled couch for lounging and resting from your full day exploring. Private entrance. Washer/dryer in suite. Hard wood floors in main spaces with heated tile / slate in the entry and bathroom. Four piece bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and separate stand alone shower. A well behaved dog is permitted with a pet deposit and small addition to the cleaning fee.

The suite is completely private with a separate entrance. There is a garden area with 2 lounge chairs for hanging out. The house has a very good wireless system. Sorry but there is no fenced outside areas for your dog.

I live on the main floor of the house and am available for any questions that might arise. You'll have my cell phone for questions if I'm not home. The suite has a binder full of local attractions, maps and all those sorts of things that will make discovering this city pretty easy. The keys to the suite are in a code locked box that you'll have access to once you've booked the space. I leave it up to the guests to decide how much interaction they would like.
