Fantastic ocean view. A fully equipped condo located in the North Hotel Zone, on one of the most privileged coastal strips in all Cozumel, where snorkeling is great and swimming is safe, and yet, only less than a mile away from downtown San Miguel.

The condo is in a complex which is a favorite on the island. There are only eight units, thus providing our guests a privacy and tranquility that are hard to find in high density complexes or in high rise buildings.

The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms equipped with hot tubs.
Both the living and dinning area as well as the master bedroom give onto a large terrace with 180º breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
The condo´s interior decoration includes beautiful Mexican art and handcrafts.

In our private shore area there is a sand beach with two 'palapas' and a pergola, a pier and a unique observation deck which extends out into the ocean, as well a fresh water pool and a spacious sun deck.

At the condo you will find a guide to various beaches and places of interest, as well as shopping tips and tour suggestions.
