Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

The Condo is in a great location and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for 6 guests. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of towels. --we had a great stay

Free parking, free wi-fi, free cable and BBQ. The special bonus of this unit is that the front door is on ground level so you can ski in/ski out right from the door. Additionally the driveway that comes up the back allows you to unload groceries, gear etc. At the door and then you can just park out front. No need to lug suitcases up stairs. This feature keeps our guests coming back year after year.

The large corner private balcony has an electric BBQ with a great view of the Silver Queen run.

Since this is the corner unit, there are extra windows in both the master bedroom, the ensuite and the second bedroom. The master has a queen bed with a large window out to the balcony. There is a 32. Flat screen T.V. The second bedroom has a brand new bunk bed – double on the bottom and single on the top with new mattresses and two windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The modern dining set is bar height that can be expanded to a round table seating 6. The living room features a large 42. Flat screen with a brand new pullout couch and two chairs. Great view out of the living room window.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Shooting Star building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.

BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room on the ground floor. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday.

Your building, Shooting Star features two coin washing machines/two dryers.

Sundance is a fully equipped condo. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

There are 2 parking passes for vehicles.

Pet Friendly $30 per pet/per night plus taxes.
