Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

This outstanding condo is a bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit in the much desired, Snowbrush Building in Creekside. This condo is perfect for a family or small group of friends. There is more than enough room for everyone.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom One – Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Two – Double/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 3)

Bathrooms:
Bathroom One- Full Ensuite with Bathtub and Shower
Bathroom Two- Full bathroom with Standup Shower

Although this condo can only sleep 5 in the bedrooms, there is also a pullout that can be used for up to 7 upon special request – just ask.

Free Wi-Fi, cable and parking is included with this condo.

There is an electric BBQ for your use on the deck too.

Fresh Tracks is ground level from the parking lot – easy to bring all your gear in and on the second floor from the front of the building so you have a nice view of the Silver Queen Run. Just step outside the ski locker room and you’re right on the slopes. The trailhead for endless kilometers of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing is right in front of you as well.

This ideal location is short walk to the Adventure Park, the outdoor ice skating pond, Tube Town and the 10 pin bowling alley. Only a seven minute walk to the village – close enough to enjoy all the activities, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The summer season boasts hiking trails and mountain biking plus 35 kilometers of cross country bike trails.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Snowbrush building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the bike season, there is one hot tub open in Creekside in the Wintergreen Building.

Due to COVID-19, the common rooms in Creekside remain closed.

This condo has a common area with two coin washing machines/two dryers for your use.
Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

There are 2 parking passes for vehicles.

If the dates you are looking for are not available, or if you have more than one family or group of friends travelling together, we have the perfect solution. Book two or more condos, depending on the size of your group, which provides you with close proximity and privacy. Please check out our other rental condos in various sizes in the same building. On the third floor, ID #248500 (1 bedroom plus alcove/1 Bathroom). On the second floor, ID #238836 (Studio) and on the first floor ID #205915 (2 bedroom/2 bathroom).
