Cleaning on Departure

Fee of 135.00 CAD for stays that are 2 to 3 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 CAD for stays that are 4 to 6 nights in duration.Fee of 165.00 CAD for stays that are 7 to 10 nights in duration.
Checkout procedures: Prior to checkout, all dishes must be washed (they may be left in the dishwasher). The microwave and fridge must be wiped out, and the kitchen counter and sink must be wiped. Beds are to be stripped and the linen left on the beds. Furniture is to be returned to its original position. Remove all trash and recyclables. Garbage containers are available outside, just inside the fence by the parking stalls. Please ensure that garbage is in properly tied bags, and the garbage container is closed. Deductions may be taken from the security deposit if this is not done.

Myself, my son and his friend stayed at this property in August 2014. We were expecting more guests but it was just the three of us so this house had more than enough room! But regardless, this house is so spacious, big back yard, nice fire area and the front is fenced and secluded with a large BBQ. Every area of this house was perfect, there are lots of games, books, VHS tapes (which the kids loved!) everything you could want. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, especially if you have pets! My dog loved the safe outside area to roam! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful family getaway!

We stayed for a week in the great house! Something for everyone. Bedrooms on the main floor for my grandmother 93 and mother 70. Two more bedrooms and lots of beds upstairs for the rest of us. We loved the big dining room table for eating and playing lots of cards. Lots to keep the kids busy and close to the beach! We enjoyed the Saturday morning market in downtown Invermere. Will definitely stay again.

Invermere Guest House Accommodation - Country style house - 2000 sq ft / 185 sq m
Our vacation rental home is just a short walk to Kinsmen beach and Invermere's unique shopping and dining, close to everything yet far enough from the train tracks to not be disturbed. The house is a 1920's Kootenay National Park two-story house that was moved from Radium Hot Springs and has had lots of updates. The spacious interior is warm and charming, with original character hardwood floors, and a full height double-sided fireplace. The large yard has numerous trees, which shade the house on hot summer days.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a king-size bed and bunk-bed in the large master bedroom with plenty of room for a playpen, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a hide-a-bed in the family room. We can accommodate 8 adults or groups up to 10 people of adults and children. All bedding, linens, towels and pillows are provided.

The full-size, fully equipped kitchen has an island and cook-top. Basic spices, coffee, coffee filters, sugar and tea are provided. There is a double-sided wood-burning fireplace that faces the kitchen on one side, and the living room on the other side. Upstairs there is a TV room with lots of videos and board games for the kids. High speed wireless internet and NetFlix are available.

The large, fenced yard has lots of trees that offers privacy for family fun. There is a large spacious deck with patio tables, chairs and a propane BBQ at the front of the house, a smaller deck off the living room, and a balcony/deck with chairs on the upper level. There is a fire-pit in the backyard (firewood provided). Patio table and chairs are provided. There is an on-site property manager (who lives in a self-contained basement suite) who can assist with emergencies.
