Your only limitation to enjoying this lifestyle which includes the breathtaking views of the Mokulua Islands and beyond, pristine beach only steps from the front door, kayaking, sunrise walks , boogie boarding , nearby hiking and boutique shopping or just relaxing on your lanai is the TIME you have to spend doing those things that make you happy and fulfilled.
This property is situated right on a wide, sandy part of the Lanikai Beach. The guest house is one partition of a duplex with the owner occupying the other partition. The guest partition lies closer to the street, the owner partition closer to the beach, and the private beach access is a 100 ft walkway along the house wall.
The ground floor has a hall, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The upper floor has a large living room, a bedroom with queen bed, a bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large porch that is an ideal eating area. There is also a sleeping alcove with twin beads; it can easily be separated from the living room by folding walls and provides sleeping quarters for two people.
A secluded, shady area surrounded by hedges lies between the house and the beach, and garden furniture is provided for use here. As you return from the beach, you may use an outdoor shower along the walkway.
Minimum stay 30 nights. Rent is somewhat negotiable depending on duration and time between inquiry and begin of rental - contact owner.
