Location is OK, not within walking distance of Kona town, so you need a car. A small beach park for sunsets is within a few blocks walking distance. The complex is well taken care of. The unit was clean. This was a last minute rental, so we got what we paid for. Parking is tight as the space for this unit is not ideal. Internet connection was not written down, so connecting was a hassle. I left the info for the next guest so they would not have the same hassle. Pool access was not written down, so again I left this info for the next guest. Needs a little attention overall and be aware that the next door tenants have small children that cry at all hours especially 6:30 AM. Again I got what I paid for considering it was last minute.
Stayed with family - Would not recommend to friends and family
