This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is right on the beach in the secure, gated community of Playacar 1 in Playa del Carmen. It has views from the living area as well as the master bedroom and a double-sized terrace for enjoying happy hour or just watching the world go by. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your meals, but if your idea of relaxation is eating out, there are hundreds of restaurants within a short stroll of the condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and it's larger than many of the other master bedrooms in the complex. The guest bedroom has two twin trundle beds and is located on the opposite side of the condo from the master bedroom to give you and your guests enough privacy during your vacation.

The condo has all the amenities you'd expect: hair dryer, ironing board with iron, bath and beach towels, soaps and shampoo, dedicated wireless Internet, two flat screen TVs with cable and Netflix, a book borrowing library, wall safe and more. The complex has a large pool with swim up bar that serves lunch, snacks and drinks. There is a large covered palapa for shade at the pool, as well as beach chairs/umbrellas at the pool and on the beach.

The condo location offers the best of all worlds: it's close to all the shops, bars, nightlife, restaurants and people watching of 5th Avenue, yet the complex is far enough away from the nightlife to ensure a quiet night's sleep and a great terrace for enjoying your morning coffee. The front desk offers help with tours, massages, transportation, yoga, restaurants and any other help you might need to make your stay perfect.
