Perfect apartment for a weekend stay. We were in town for the wine country 1/2 marathon. Apartment complex is great and we enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. We were 4 adults but the double bunk beds in one room were great. Could do with a paint touch up but it was the end of the summer - and a few more bath towels wouldn't go amiss - but we would definitely rent again. Owners very accommodating and available to help if needed. Would recommend.

We stayed at this condo unit from May 7 thru 14th. The entire complex, inside and out, is well maintained and clean. The location is very convenient to down town and main routes for travel. The condo unit was very clean and spacious for we three adults. Comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen. Balcony overlooks the pool area and is equipped with a gas BBQ. There is parking in underground garage which is very convenient. We would highly recommend staying here and we will certainly consider it for our next trip.

My family of three stayed here in late August 2016 for three days and we will definitely stay here next time. The place was very clean and bed/bedding was very comfortable. Had a great café next door for breakfast, but we enjoyed fresh fruits from the farms close to this place. The kitchen area is great and we cooked most of our meals. At the late evening time we went to the pool to relax. Not so many people were there at this time.The location is also perfect as you can easily walk to Rotary Beach which is about half a kilometre away, and it was very close to Mission Creek Greenway - 16 km walk/bike trail. It was very short distance to drive to downtown and many other activities.
We have followed all instructions provided to us by owner for check in and check out, and it was easy. There's garage parking, with each unit assigned a spot. Location aside from traffic noise, so the place is pretty quiet and relaxing. It was our first visit to Kelowna, and it was not enough for us to stay 3 days, so we hope to come back here sometime.

We had an excellent stay! The owner was prompt and accommodating when we arrived, allowing us to come in a little earlier than check in. The place was clean and well furnished with all the amenities you need, with the exception of plastic glasses needed to take beverages down to the pool. The building was easy to get around, and being able to view the pool from our balcony was nice with the evening sun shining off the water. We will most certainly stay again if we have the opportunity.,
