This is a beautiful, well maintained 3 bedroom townhome with a private hot tub that is perfectly suited for your family's next mountain adventure. Snuggle up in front of the stone fireplace after a day of skiing, enjoy a family movie and take in the valley and mountain views this home offers. With only 7 units in this small complex, it is often toted as one of the best locations on the mountain.

3 floors ensures that there is ample room for everything you need. You'll love to prepare your meals in the kitchen, which features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and is open to the large dining area. The BBQ is located on the front deck on the main floor, while the hot tub is located off the dining kitchen/dining area at the back of the home. Three ample sized bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home away from the living space.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top) in the third bedroom. The ground level has ample room for gear storage off the garage and in unit washer and dryer.

Location Highlights:

Powder Ridge is a deluxe townhome complex of only 7 three-storey homes, with great ski-in/ski-out access and the convenience of only being a short walk away from the main village.

Ski-in access is by way of taking the Rambler or Three Bears run to get to the Mt Morrisey Connector where you'll branch off at the Sundance Estates sign which leads right back to the complex.

Ski-out access is either by taking a short walk up the street to hop on the Gentle Giant run to get down to the Sundance or Sunburst Express chairlift, or cross the street to get on the valley trail and follow it down to the village.

Along the trail you'll also get to the Sports Complex, which features an ice skating rink (which doubles as a basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, a swimming pool, a soccer field and children's playground.

The next closest complexes are Forest Trails right across the street, and down the valley trail you can get to Timberline and Snow Creek Village.;

Summer: For stays in the 2020 summer season, stay for 3 nights and pay for 2. An Owner Direct Reservationist will be happy to adjust your inquiry.

As per the property manager, if a discounted rate or "Stay for X, Pay for Y" special is offered for the Winter 2020-2021 season, all eligible bookings will be adjusted retroactively to take advantage of the discounted offer. Book your dates with confidence, knowing that if a better deal is offered, you will still get the benefit!

Also, please note that the property manager is offering a very flexible cancellation policy for cancellations due to COVID-19. You can discuss this with him directly in the Grace Period.
