Vacation Condo Rentals in Big Island - Condo in a complex - 1100 sq ft / 102 sq m - First and second floor
This Royal Kahili condo offers newly remodeled rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, great views, and lots of leg room. It is one of two units that are this large in the complex.
You can sit on the lanai and have lunch watching the sea turtles surfing and eating the seaweed, see spinner dolphins and watch whales breech in the bay during the winter months. It is located 3 minutes from Kona old town, 1.5 minutes to White Sands Beach and 3 minutes to Kahalu'u Beach. Enjoy bouncing in the waves, snorkeling or visiting the Volcano. Take a ride in the submarine to see the reefs, or schedule another adventure with our complexes concierge.
Our condo is clean, well-maintained and quiet. We also offer air conditioning for those hot days. We have only 2 neighbors and are top floor. There is lots of privacy here with vegetation and a forest next door. It has an assigned, covered parking spot and this is easy access to the elevator. You can enjoy a pleasant walk through the beautiful gardens, use the BBQ's, or soak up the sun on the pool deck.
A signed short-term contract is required for completed reservation. Guest Info will be sent after signature page is returned.
