Security or Damage Deposit
The booking deposit will be applied as the security deposit when guests move in. Otherwise, amount is not refundable in case of cancellation. The security deposit is refundable upon check out, provided: (1) check out date/time is within office hours (8am-6pm Mondays to Saturdays) (2) no damages to the unit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 3250 USD
