What a fantastic place to ski and spend time with family and good friends. This unit has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The icing on the cake is a private elevator, hot tub and ski-in/ski-out right out the back door. We hope to come back!

This is a really great place to stay. It’s super cozy with great ‘mountain ambience.‘ The beds are comfy, rooms are a decent size, there is plenty of space. We were two families with teenagers and no one was cramped. The kitchen is high-end with granite benches and every gadget you could possibly want. There is oil and flour, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, etc. which is really convenient. A lovely gas fireplace is surround by really comfortable couch and big relaxing arm chairs. Do you want to ski or read?
Ski-in/ski-out is fantastic. You are able to ski straight out the back door down to the lifts.
Getting back is a bit harder if you are a beginner, have kids or need to get shopping as you need to go up to the top of the lift to ski down to the condo. And Big White no longer run a village shuttle and it's a bit of a hike back. The spa was lovely hot and clean with views up the mountain. Our host has been really helpful and quick to sort out any issues. We all loved staying here and would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for a great stay.

We having been going to Big White for 20 yrs now. Stayed in many places on the hill but this place is soooo great. At the junction of highway 33/sun run exit and Telus park lifts so can leave in the morning and ski to any lift so easily and great to ski into after your day
Amazing hot tub-NO annoying beeping from groomers going by at 5 am and the condo itself is immaculate. It is so well stocked that it was a waste for us to bring our usual dishwasher pods Tide and all the rest of the stuff we normally bring because the condos are normally bare
Lots of beds to sleep in and a very tall garage that allowed my huge SUV with Thule on to fit in easily
Won’t stay anywhere else from now on!

Welcome.

This newly listed, exclusive condo is located at the top of the village in the beautiful Aspens Resort, boasting the best location on the mountain.

Enjoy your private ski-in/ski-out entrance with direct, easy access to 6 lifts. Turn right to access the Telus Park, Bullet, and Black Forest Chair, and the village. Turn left to access the Snow Ghost Express, Ridge Rocket Express, and the Plaza Chair.

Walk 8 minutes to the village to collect your groceries and enjoy your Apres Ski.

Enter into your safe, secure, heated garage, and ascend by private elevator to your condo. This is the only condo on that floor, and is accessible by a keypad lock. You will be given the access code prior to your arrival.

When you’re ready to ski, walk just a few steps to the private ski in/out door, which provides easy, direct access to the multiple lifts as indicated above. No stairs or elevators.

Enjoy the private hot tub with a view of Big White runs and skiers on one of two balconies at the condo. The second balcony is at the other end of the condo, facing the village and the Monashee mountains, with a seating area and gas barbecue for your dining pleasure.

The modern, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with ample cookware, small appliances, dishes, spice rack, etc. Appliances are all stainless steel, and fridge includes an ice maker. The large dining area offers seating space for 8.

The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a gas fireplace, wine fridge and flatscreen TV. There are 3 other flatscreen TVs in the condo, in 3 of the bedrooms. All of which include multiple Telus/Big White channels. Enjoy unlimited high speed internet, the multiple DVDs, books, and board games available.

Enjoy and stay warm with the heated floors in bathrooms and hallways. Washer and dryer are available for your use in the unit, laundry detergent also available.

Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is stocked with dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

Linens are included in your rental.

Parking for one vehicle is available on site, plus additional visitor parking at Happy Valley Lodge (permit to be obtained at Central Mountain Check In).


HOUSE RULES:
- Primary guest must be a minimum of 30 years of age
- No smoking/vaping in the condo or on balconies
- No excessive noise after 11 PM
- No pets, as per the Strata/Condo Corporation policy for short term renters - failure to comply to this policy could result in a $200 fine from the Condo Corporation
- Leave ski/boarding equipment in ski locker outside of unit


CLEANING:
- The condo is professionally cleaned between each guest. To assist the cleaners, please:
-place towels in washer and start a load of laundry prior to your departure
-ensure no dirty dishes are left out. Load and start the dishwasher prior to your departure


DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$750
- Will be returned within 5 days of your departure if all is well and the condo appears as when you arrived
- Any damage to unit on departure, excessive mess, missing items, or evidence of smoking in the unit or on balconies will result in loss of part/all of your security deposit.
