Well-designed and decorated, studio with completely-equipped kitchen. Queen bed and a separate sitting area with a full sofa bed. Large lanai with room to dine and awesome ocean and shoreline view (with city lights at night). The condo has a remodeled full bath, air conditioning, 27' LG LCD TV with cable. It is located on a top floor and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen has a full-size fridge (at lanai entrance), microwave, cooktop, convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, pot/pans, dishes, flatware, etc.

Small and convenient, the building is called The Seashore because that’s where it is. In a minute’s time, you can be at the Hula Mound of Waikiki Beach. There is a laundryroom in the building, two elevators, and secured entry to the lobby. There is no pool or parking, but parking is available close by and one of the best swimming beaches is a stone's throw away.
