Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 750 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to Booking Deposit loss. Any additional funds will be returned. Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge unless the unit can be re-rented. Confirmed reservations over 27 nights are subject to 100% forfeiture of the Booking Deposit, when canceled at any time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due immediately.
Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

We had a beautiful stay in Victoria thanks to the wonderful accommodations of the Union Building.
We arrived to our suite which was exceptionally clean (we appreciate that very much!) and beautifully decorated. We also had a balcony outside the living room facing the beautiful courtyard. The mattress in the bedroom was tempurpedic, which was very comfortable to sleep on.
The building is very quiet, secure (must have key to enter/exit the building and parking garage) and the location is perfect; we never had to take our car out, except for long commutes; everything is walking distance (shopping, food, parliament building). The building also has secure parking, it was wonderful not to have to worry about leaving our car parked out in the street.
Easy communication with the owner.
Thank you for such a wonderful worry-free stay.
