This renovated top floor corner suite, 2br condo is fully furnished with quality furniture, beds and couches. Easy street run is just steps from the front of the building, with downhill access to the bullet, snow ghost express, plaza chair or ridge rocket. Put your boots on in the condo, grab your skis/boards from the locker on the way to the elevator, step outside and hit the slopes. It’s true ski-in, ski-out even for night skiing on the only lit trail on the mountain. Ski into the village in 30 seconds or walk there in 3 minutes. Park the car inside and never have to start it again, even for groceries. Walk or ski to dinner, walk or ski back to the condo. Everything is close. For summer, we are steps from the mountain bike trails and of course the village. With locked underground parking for your car and your bikes. Downhill ride to the first chair of the day and ride the trails right by the condo when you want to stop for lunch or at the end of the day. Its the best location on the mountain. In our condo, the living room is large with plenty of seating, flat screen TV, Cable/ski report/sports/Netflix/Disney Plus, Blu-ray DVD and a fireplace. The deck off the living room has beautiful views up the mountain, but we are surrounded by trees so it’s quiet and private. Enjoy the panoramic views from the corner suite windows and sliding door patio from both the living room and the dining room. There is a queen in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is spacious with a single over double bunk and a single bed over double futon couch for the kids. There is a second flat screen TV in the kid’s bedroom with its own cable box and “on demand” programming as well as a Wii. The younger snow adventurers can retreat to the futon couch in the bedroom to watch TV and relax while the parents can enjoy wind down time in front of the fire. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms if you need to sleep past first chair. We have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, a carafe coffee maker with timer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is properly equipped to be able to prepare every meal in the condo. Amenities include proper pots/pans & knifeblock, slow cooker, blender, three rack oven and plenty of utensils/cutlery, Ultra-high-speed internet is included in the suite. This is a top floor Corner unit on the back of the building, no street noise, nobody above us and plenty of privacy. It’s comfortable, quiet, relaxing & peaceful. For your comfort and prior to each arrival, we will sanitize all hard surfaces, door handles, touch points and remotes with antibacterial cleaners. All linens and towels are sanitized prior to use as well. Building amenities include underground parking (1 spot) interior hallways, elevator and carts to load in and out. There is a games room, indoor hot tub and sauna, a ski-board tuning room and in-building laundry.     There is a separate cedar lined sauna with benches in the unit to relax in after a long day of skiing. Relax on the leather sofa or glide rocker at the same time as watching our new high definition, wall mounted flat screen TV which is supplied by Bell satellite. New (2011) Queen LEATHER sofa bed with the best mattress available in the living room. New (Nov/13) pillow top queen bed in the bedroom. 2019 - new quartz top vanity in the bathroom with storage underneath with drawers as well. Also the kitchen has a new quartz counter top with new tiling around the kitchen area to freshen it up. The unit is on the top floor and an end unit in the building. To ski out, walk out your door 2 steps!, go down the stairs one flight to 8th floor, exit the door, down 1/2 flight of stairs and you are on the slopes. The building is built into the hill so even though you are on the 9th floor you are just 2 levels above the ground. Summer/Fall 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building. Unit 44519 is adjacent to this unit and provides 1000 sq. Ft and sleeps maximum of 6 people. There is a heavy inside door between the 2 units.

    Constructed with large wooden beams, vertical logs and shed type roof in the main living/dining/kitchen area gives a warm and cosy atmosphere. While the unit is constantly being updated and the paint is kept fresh, November 2013 saw the kitchen and bathroom counters replaced with new quartz counters, under mount sinks, new faucets and a new french door fridge installed with a bottom freezer drawer and and built in ice maker. A new pillowtop queen mattress was replaced in the loft. There are 2 new comfortable chairs in the living room and a new 'high rise' efficiency toilet in the bathroom.. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes, cutlery, pots, etc and the cupboards and fridge always have lots of staples. ( I go on the honor system - if you use items either replace them or leave something else. ) This system has worked well in the past. Unit 44522 is adjacent to this unit and could be rented as well and provides sleeping for 4 people more and about another 550 sq. Ft. There is a heavy locking inside door between the 2 units. Summer/Fall of 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building.

I love hot yoga and running (working on my 3rd half marathon training) and wine (oh so much) and hope to start reading again when my kids don't have me running in circles. I live in Calgary but we spend a lot of time in Kelowna with family and friends year round, as well as our place in Big White, which we own with another family. We love watching our kids learn to ski and make lifetime memories at the hill. We LOVE Big White and hope you enjoy our home at the hill as much as we do.

We have been using the condo ourselves for several snow seasons now and therefore has had limited rentals, we are now on the market for letting and are sure you will find the condo in excellent condition and a five star rental. The unit sleeps 7 rather than 9 so it is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs; plenty of glasses, crockery, cookware and utensils. Spectacular views or you can just sit and watch everyone go down hummingbird run. True ski-in, ski-out!! It is about 40 paces along the landing to the snow and hummingbird run. No stairs to negotiate. We provide a complementary starter kit, which includes 4 toilet rolls, dishwasher powder for 4 washes, dish detergent, kitchen roll some coffee tea and sugar. There is a sauna in the unit and the hot tub is just down the hall (not available in off season). There are 2 TV's with satellite channels and several games for young & old. The balcony overlooks the Monashee Mountains and the Big White village. Fantastic skiing in the winter months and beautiful hiking/mountain biking in the summer months. The mountain is only a 50 minute drive from Kelowna.

    We have skied and boarded here at Big White since 2006 and in that time we have stayed in accommodation all over the mountain. We know what is important in choosing accommodation for a ski/snow board vacation and our home ticks all the boxes. First, Legends is located literally beside "Hummingbird", a green run from the Village that runs down to 3 chairlifts. We have the ultimate in ski in/ ski out. When heading out, simply step thru the door from the living room onto the lower level deck, collect your skis or board from the secure, on deck storage, step off the deck on to the snow and away you go. Take an easy, 2 minute warm up run down to the Plaza Chair, the Ridge Rocket Express or the Snow Ghost Express Six Pack. At the end of the day, take an easy 2 minute run from the Village down Hummingbird right to your deck. Absolutely NO walking and absolutely NO carrying equipment. It could not be easier. Second, you have spectacular views across the valley to the Monashee Mountains, to be enjoyed from the upper and lower levels and from the hot tub. You can lie in bed in the master bedroom and look across Hummingbird. You can sit in the hot tub and watch the skiers and boarders below. Also in the hot tub, you have a ringside seat for the Saturday night fireworks at Happy Valley (check out the last photo in the gallery!). Third, you are a quick 5 minute walk from Mountain Services and the Village Centre, where shops, restaurants, the Ski and Boarding School and other activities are located. There is a mountain shuttle service that runs past Legends every 30 minutes and the pick up/drop of point is a 1 minute stroll away if you don't want to walk. From our home, you can walk across Hummingbird to the Village Way and Happy Valley is only a 15 minute walk down the Hill. You don't even need to walk back up - you can take Lara's Gondola from Happy Valley back up to the Village. On top of all this, our home offers a relaxed, comfortable stay, in a remodeled, timber post and beam construction condo. We have 2 gas rock fireplaces, in the master bedroom and living room, with the living room fireplace recently rebuilt. We have 10 foot ceilings to the lower level and we have recently repainted. We offer free wireless internet and pay TV through 4 new flat screen TVs in the living room (a smart TV), master and Queen size bedrooms andfamily room. Wehave everything to keep the kids happy including DVD player and movies, Play Station 3, books, board games and lots more. There are hooks and shelving for the storage of clothing, boots and equipment in the combination laundry and boot room so these items are not in the way when not in use. There is even an electric boot warmer ! The hot tub is checked and serviced professionally every other day and we can arrange a full cleaning and bed linen service at cost if requested. We provide everything you'll need including bed linen, towels, face washers, cups, glasses, dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils, cooking and cleaning appliances and more. All you need to bring is clothing, ski / boarding gear and groceries ! Private entrance. All linens, bedding and towels are provided and there is ample parking, with easy access to the unit. The ski in / out accessibility is terrific. The unit can accommodate up to 6 people. Great value on a great mountain!!

    Awesome condo, obviously taken great care of. Very well equipped and responsive owners. A little far to walk to/from the village (20-30 min) after a day of skiing. We were stressing about all the rules listed everywhere though so we were not able to fully relax. Stayed with hubby and two 13 yr old boys and we are not partiers or reckless by any means but we kept worrying about the owner's various fines.

    Great layout on this end unit townhouse. Comfortably fit our group; great spot downstairs for the teens and nice size bedrooms with ensuites upstairs for the adults. Perfect common room/kitchen with big group table for winding down in the evenings with board games. Great views off both the front and back decks. Ski out was convenient and not a bad walk up to the village especially since our kids are older. This is definitely a unit we will rent again.
