While technically a two-bedroom, this home can sleep up to 9 which makes it a great and affordable option. The ski-in access is by taking the East Village Ski Way from the Sundance Express lift, and the ski-out access is by taking the East Village Ski Way from the Morrisey Express.

The bedroom has a great view of Sundance Mountain so you can check the ski conditions as soon as you wake up. Located on the second storey, you can enter this property from the front of the building or the back. In the winter, the backside of the complex has an easy and convenient ski-in trail. The private balcony outside of the living room has a propane barbecue. This property has a full kitchen (microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and full-sized fridge) and in-suite laundry. This property features a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. Location Highlights: Timberline is approximately a 2 minute walk to the main village and is directly across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink for the 2020/2021 winter season. Each property at Timberline has a designated parking stall which is numbered the same as their unit. There is a very limited number of visitor parking spaces (designated "Visitor") that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler, and then to Gentle Giant. Take the cut off about halfway down which takes you behind the Snow Creek Village complex, and just below that to Timberline. To ski out, take the Valley Trail to the top of the main village at just a short 3 minute walk, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.

PLEASE NOTE: Since the start of COVID-19, the Fireside Lodge building management has not made the shared hot tub available and it is currently closed until further notice. The restaurants featured on the ground level of this building are Powder Hounds, and 5-Forty Café. Right across from the building is the Play Area which in the summer has a picnic table, cornhole (AKA beanbag toss), table tennis, a giant chess set/checkerboard and occasionally giant Connect-4. Take a look and see which game of the day interests you most. If you exit from the top of the village you can follow the valley trail over to the Sports Complex, which features tennis courts, a soccer field and children's playground, and will be home to the brand new ice skating rink.

Up one flight of stairs is the bedroom floor with all 4 bedrooms, 3 washrooms and laundry closet. The upper floor is bright with lots of windows. The patio faces the mountains where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets each evening. The large room is open concept with a dream kitchen with all the extras you'd expect in a luxury ski home including such items as stove-top kettle, 4-slice toaster, coffee/espresso maker, Nespresso milk frother, orange squeezer, waffle maker, slow cooker, bread machine, rice cooker, stick blender, electric hand mixer. The large island with seating for five is great for entertaining. You can spread out to the dining room table with 8 more chairs. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and lots of seating - including a private corner chair for soaking up the sunshine. The half washroom is located on this floor as well as a large gear room (includes boot and glove warmers) accesses the patio that leads directly the ski trail and hot tub. Bonus: The hot tub is open for both the winter and summer seasons (closed during the shoulder seasons) This deluxe home features a single garage, with additional outdoor parking for 3 vehicles. All we could see outside was forest, mountains, and our own private hot tub - like we were the only people in town. So quiet. Our adult children were not keen on the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, but the pull out couch added an option and solved the top bunk arguments. Big kitchen was easy to cook in.     Wenche says ‘Amazing view of the fireworks’
    Awesome condo, obviously taken great care of. Very well equipped and responsive owners. A little far to walk to/from the village (20-30 min) after a day of skiing. We were stressing about all the rules listed everywhere though so we were not able to fully relax. Stayed with hubby and two 13 yr old boys and we are not partiers or reckless by any means but we kept worrying about the owner's various fines.
