This modern apartment is on the second floor and has off street parking garage for 1 car. The apartment is located at around a 10 minute walk from the historical center from Tlaquepaque which is the south side of Guadalajara, elected Pueblo Magico (Magic Town) in 2019. Everything is at walking distance and a local small grocery store is at less then 5 minute walk. The apartment has 40 mbs high speed and stable internet and the flatscreen TV is a smart TV and has Netflix as well. For drinking water there is a water filtering system with 5 stages including inverse osmosis.

The grounds provide wonderful green lawns, two pools for adults and children, and is located right on the beach. A small snack bar, which offers appetizers and lunches, is located by the pools. A Review: Paul - We stayed at BVG Marina for the second year in a row, and will definitely be back there next year. The PH4 South penthouse unit was great. Spacious, nice well stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, ice maker, 3 nice sized bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The view is the best in the complex. The 18th floor was a treat with quick elevator service. The bedrooms were in 3 opposite corners of the unit, for good privacy. The master has direct access to the main balcony, and a 2nd has a small balcony. The pool on the balcony was great to cool off at the end of the day. The living area was large, with comfortable seating and a big flat screen TV and DVD player. Air conditioning in each room. The staff were all great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to have a great time on a great beach in Ixtapa.

The 2-room bathroom has a marble shower with a bench and grab bars. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove and everything for your cooking needs. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper. The maid cleans 1 time per week. From our 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic. Watch dolphins playing off shore, whales in season, fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Sunscape Resort and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. Or just spend the day at the beach or beside our heated pool. We have free internet in our condo. Just a 10 minute ride from the airport.

The other bedroom has capacity for 4 people. There is another complete bathroom. There are closets in each bedroom and in aisle. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 /8 people. It has an electric stove (no oven), microwave, blender, toaster, large refrigerator with freezer. There is also a separate laundry area. Towels and sheets are provided. Each room has a separate air conditioning unit with remote control, so you can control temperature in each room. There is a snack bar, heated outdoor swimming pool, kiddies pool and a playroom with treadmills and TV. The apartment has a telephone line which allows free calls to worldwide and has high speed WIFI internet. There is also WIFI in public areas. The apartment has satellite TV. There is maid service daily cleaning the apartment and you can arrange with the maid that she prepares to you meals (this has to be arranged directly with maid and may have a supplement charge). The famous mal "La Isla" and the exhibitions centre "Mundo Imperial" are also only at 5 minutes. This room is set up as a king bed with two twin beds put together while we are waiting for delivery of two individual sets of linens. If you would prefer to have two individual beds separated, message us and we can change it. At night you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout or have a guest over!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. The neighborhood: We are located in Old Town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. Basilio Badillo is the most popular street in town. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting Around: Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. Unique Benefits: We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen. We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We set it up as a fully-functional second home with many of the same comforts and amenities of our home in California, NOT as a typical rental condo with cheap furnishings and throw-away basics. Most of the kitchen items were purchased from Macy's of CA and Sur la Table gourmet store in San Francisco, CA. Our unit has a Vitamix Blender, garbage disposal, KitchenAid toaster oven, Haier microwave, a high-end water filter with a separate tap on the sink top for drinking water. There are wall-mounted hairdryers in each bathroom. Both the washer and dryer have steam-cleaning options for dry-clean only items; steam-cleaning is perfect for freshening up fabrics to rid them of the smell of humidity. We have a large movie library, a Brookstone stereo with speakers in the living room, 10 new board games, a Sony boombox for taking downstairs to the beach, an ice chest with wheels, plush beach towels, spa-quality Egyptian and Turkish cotton bath towels, 3 ceiling fans and 3 separate mini-split A/C units located in the living room and both bedrooms.
