    Lovingly built by a Swiss carpenter, our eco suite is great alternative to staying in a generic hotel. Enjoy the fresh air and space of the country setting only a 10 min drive from downtown Nelson. 30 minutes to Whitewater Ski Resort. Arrowhead Farm is situated on a quiet road, on our organic farm ( Arrowhead Farm) away from the highway, but with an easy accessto and from town. BioBio Suite is on the first floor. There are no steps from the parking to the suite and none within. The main suite is occupied by the owner. There is no overlap of living areas ensuring peace and privacy for both. BioBio suite has its own entrance and a fenced in yard separate from the yard of the main house. It has a lovely private patio. The suite has lots of natural light from its many windows. We designed the suite with In-floor geothermal heating, air exchange for the best indoor air quality and comfort of our guests. Only the best materials were used: solid wood, stone, low VOC paints to make for the healthiest environment possible. At 400 square feet, the suite is ideal for a single traveler or a couple, but would accommodate a family with up to 2 children. The suite consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom. The living room has a brand new leather sofa that unfolds into a full bed with a comfortable mattress ( BeautyRest) for additional sleeping spots, an armchair and an antique cabinet containing a TV. The bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam queen mattress, bedside tables, a closet and a dresser. The bathroom is compact with a toilet, a shower, a sink and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is beautiful with its wall of windows and the view of the valley, custom made walnut cabinets and granite counter tops. Other features: WiFi ( can be turned off on request), washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Netflix. While staying at the BioBio Suite you will have an option to buy our farm fresh organic produce, Kootenay Local Agricultural Society certified.     We also own the next door unit which is mirror image, ID 227325. This combo forms the Super Condo and is perfect for large groups. The Super Condo is 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom and has 8 real beds and 6 pull-out sofas. These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit. All beds are queen or double beds. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in living room and two other 32" flat panel TVs in bedrooms. Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed off loft bedroom and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing window of the master bedroom.     The house is situated at the bottom of Sunburst Drive with 2 parking spaces. The parking is kept clear by Sun Peaks Property Services, as are the stairs down to the suite, which has its own entrance. We are usually present over the winter season, but if we are not around, Property Services can provide help. A short walk up the road (300m) will put you on Connector and access to resort's main ski lifts. If this is too much for the kids, a short drive will put you at one of the main car parks. You can return to within 50m of the house getting to Connector via Blazer, Runaway or Tighten Yer Boots. The suite is SE facing with big windows, high ceilings and receives sun for the majority of the day. The door in the living room provides access to a large flat backyard - great snowman and igloo territory. We occasionally see deer in the backyard. The kitchen has a full sized stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We provide everything you need to cater for your family. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a whister bunk (double, single), single bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and wardrobe. There is a queen hide abed in the living area for maximum flexibility with sleeping arrangements. Although we max out with 6 renters, there are beds and bedding for 8. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub, vanity, dedicated hot water and a plentiful supply of towels. The hot tub is by the door to the apartment. Hot tub is listed as shared with one other property which is the owners. There are some flip flops and beach towels for your use. The living room allows you to kick back and relax whilst can watch the kids play in the ample backyard. The suite has everything you need to relax at home and is convenient for the village if you wish to venture out. This is a fabulous family location Summer and Winter.

    We had 5 nights with 3 large families (14 people in total) & the multi living spaces & general layout worked really well... it never felt crowded. The location as also awesome so easy to ski in & ski out. Plus the kitchen was really well stocked with plates & cutlery . We ate in most nights as it was so easy and watched movies on the big TV after a days activities. The spa was also fantastic after a days skiing but unfortunately 1 day it needed to be refilled & we missed a days hot tub session :(

    The condo is in a great location, easy ski in and out just off perfection run and a short walk to the village. The condo was very clean and fit our 2 families very comfortably. Great to have a private hot tub.
    Kitchen was fully equipped. Clarinda was very pleasant to deal with, we were welcomed with a delicious and huge box of chocolates which was a big hit with the kids.
    We will defiantly be back!
