This suite has a large laundry room with a drying rack. The ski storage is just by the front door as you walk down the stairs. On your way to the hot tub, there is a small room with a shower (to rinse off after a soak). This suite is ground level once you are all checked in but you do need to go down a set of stairs to access the property. Please Note: This large suite is located on the ground level of the ski chalet. You do have to go downstairs to access the property but once you are all checked in, you can ski right from the door. The upper home is also rented out, however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities with the property. Bonus: The hot tub is open for the summer and winter seasons at no additional cost.  There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay. What our guests say: "Would recommend to anyone. It backs on to the outdoor ice pond which is connected to Tube Town, the Tube Town cafe, the Mini Zee's and the bowling alley. Just a five-minute walk to the village. This condo is on the ground level of a home on the desirable Kassa Lane. Large kitchen with bar stools for 3 and a dining room table that comfortably seats 11 and has a very nice view. Great desk area in-suite if you have to finish a little work while on vacation. The hot tub is brand new and is nestled under a gazebo just behind the suite - this is shared with the upper unit but you will love it. Bonus: The shared hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons only at no additional charge. On Brewer’s Pond has an attached garage for use to secure bikes and ski gear securely only. This garage cannot be used for cars. Great bonus at no additional fee. There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. On Brewer’s Pond is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. Ski-in and outworked, although you have to follow a very specific route to get to it, but once you know it, it's real easy. I love literally skiing up to the back door of the house. It is, however, a bit far to walk to the village from the house, which isn't a big deal as driving is pretty close, but just good to know. Gigantic, beautiful living room area. My only preference would be if the big TV was somewhere in that area so that it was easier to all watch TV together. Right now it's placed out of the way around a corner. Otherwise, the place is like a really nice hotel, beautifully maintained and presented. Highly recommended." - February 2020

For ski-out, you can either take the last bit of the East Village Ski Way run or take a short walk to the skier underpass where you can hop on the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. Settler's Crossing has an underground parkade with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading/unloading on the left side of the entrance of the complex.

Kitchen was fully equipped and the open floor on the main level allowed us to all enjoy each others company. "[The Property Manager]" was easy to contact with questions pre-arrival and our lift tickets were waiting for us at the condo as promised. This condo is truly ski-in, ski-out. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage.     Awesome condo, obviously taken great care of. Very well equipped and responsive owners. A little far to walk to/from the village (20-30 min) after a day of skiing. We were stressing about all the rules listed everywhere though so we were not able to fully relax. Stayed with hubby and two 13 yr old boys and we are not partiers or reckless by any means but we kept worrying about the owner's various fines.
