Watch spectacular sunsets from the huge wrap around deck with covered gazebo. A bridge leads from the deck to the firepit at the back of the cottage. Watch fireflies, star gaze and toast marshmallows. Marshmallow sticks included. There is a sandy beach and a paddling area for the little ones. A channel has been dug at the end of the dock to allow access for boats - also a great place for the older kids to jump in. Great fishing right off the dock. Take the paddle boards out to one of the myriad of tiny islands in the bay and go for a swim - or canoe through bays of lily pads. (Canoe, 2 paddle boards and paddle boat on site for use). Take a 5 minute boat ride to Big Bald's famous "jumping rock" and take the leap. Or, continue on to Catalina Bay and have lunch by the water. The cottage is situated conveniently between Buckhorn and Bobcaygeon; food store, bakery and great shopping just a few minutes away. When you are not skiing you look out through the trees to the slopes - from the lounge room or the hot tub. Siverstar receives plenty of snow each year. We will have in place a contract to clear the snow after every 5cm fall from the driveway so you will good and safe access to the house. We will provide a shovel and salt to allow you to clear the front steps (just 3 steps) and the path from the deck door to the hot tub (about 4 paces) for your stay

New (2011) Queen LEATHER sofa bed with the best mattress available in the living room. New (Nov/13) pillow top queen bed in the bedroom. 2019 - new quartz top vanity in the bathroom with storage underneath with drawers as well. Also the kitchen has a new quartz counter top with new tiling around the kitchen area to freshen it up. The unit is on the top floor and an end unit in the building. To ski out, walk out your door 2 steps!, go down the stairs one flight to 8th floor, exit the door, down 1/2 flight of stairs and you are on the slopes. The building is built into the hill so even though you are on the 9th floor you are just 2 levels above the ground. Summer/Fall 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building. Unit 44519 is adjacent to this unit and provides 1000 sq. Ft and sleeps maximum of 6 people. There is a heavy inside door between the 2 units.

    Awesome condo, obviously taken great care of. Very well equipped and responsive owners. A little far to walk to/from the village (20-30 min) after a day of skiing. We were stressing about all the rules listed everywhere though so we were not able to fully relax. Stayed with hubby and two 13 yr old boys and we are not partiers or reckless by any means but we kept worrying about the owner's various fines.
