We rent a room located in a particular house, Nuevo Vedado VIP zone. The room is totally independent from the house and away from the street, we have license for foreign Tourism, legally authorized with 24 hrs booking . The place we rent, with a total area of 49m2 is very comfortable so you can enjoy your staying. You can also have access from the entrance and from the garage to a terrace where you can receive other persons and spent a wonderful time. The room is a double with air conditioner, wall fan, TV, DVD, safety deposit box, refrigerator, phone, and keys available. The bathroom inside the room has the shower and the washstand with hot water the whole day, and all the accessories needed like towels, toilet paper,etc. If you rent a car you can use our garage, also we offer taxi service, laundry and meals, prices adjusted with the clients. If you need more information about the characteristics of the place you are renting in, we can tell you that it is ideal for persons who prefer quietness, safety and privacy. REVIEWS: Beautiful Vacation Home Our family of 7 spent Christmas in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was very nice and clean. We had such a wonderful time. We spent much of our time on the very large patio. It was nice to be able to just go jump in the ocean when we would get a little warm from the sun. Our evenings were spent with all of us gathered around the large dining table playing cards or board games. We spent 2 days at Atlantis. We had a lot of fun but were very excited to get back to the peaceful home. We would recommend this home. We really hope to return some day and spend more time in paradise! Bahama Paradise! We just returned to the US from an absolutely wonderful week in The Bahamas! The ocean side home we rented was perfect for our vacation. Private and charming...all the amenities of home with the added benefit of sunshine in January. The house is as advertised...roomy and spacious for our group of 4. We spent the majority of our time on the lovely patio facing the ocean. The southeast view afforded us the luxury of watching the sun rise each morning and having beautiful sunshine all day long. The waters were calm, because of the bay-like setting and my daughters were able to snorkel directly from the patio every day. We rented a car, which I recommend...driving on the left was a breeze and we were able to visit the entire island on our own time frame. Please do talk to the native Bahamians...delightful people who always seem to be smiling...also a wealth of local information. If we return to the island some day, we will definitely rent here again! Good Time with Family Just got back from spending a beautiful 8 days with my family at this lovely home. We spent our time touring the island and sitting back and relaxing. For me it was my first time really snorkeling and to be able to just walk out and find some great spots was a real plus. Would definitely go back.

I did not rent a car nor did I need one. The city bus is only .75 to get to Old San Juan. We felt very safe there with the security level to get into the condo. I would highly recommend this condo over a stuffy hotel room any day. The owner ... Is very nice and accommodating, the condo is very clean.

Our villa is located in Palmas del Mar, a 2,750 acre gated community 42 miles east of San Juan or a 50 minute drive from the airport (SJU). Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our fully equipped villa. We have staff on site to care for the villa and can assist you if you should need anything. It's fun to walk or rent a bike to go around the community and enjoy the amenities of Palmas del Mar including 2 award winning championship golf courses, tennis, marina, 4 star restaurants, equestrian center, casino, and health club and spa. Palmas del Mar has the Caribbean's largest tennis center with 20 courts and 3 different types of surfaces. Our villa is located right next to the newly renovated private pool and is a 1 minute walk or 100 steps to the beach. The villa has an en suite master bedroom with a king size orthopedic mattress and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom can sleep 5 with twin beds and a trundle or 2 twins can be converted to a king with our professional conversion kit. This bedroom has a lovely ocean view and you can hear the surf lulling you to sleep every night. You can also access the outdoor living space from this bedroom. All of the ceilings and doors in the villa are cathedral giving it an open and airy feel. The third bedroom is a spacious loft that can sleep 4 with 2 twins that can be converted to a king and two rollaway beds. There is also a pack and play which can be used as portable crib. The kitchen is brand new with European style cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for both small and larger groups. The kitchen has beautiful white stone counter tops and a custom mosaic tile back splash reflecting the colors of the ocean. We have seating for 10 people in the dining area and additional seating outside for 4 on the back patio. The villa is equipped with all the extras for a fun day at the beach. We have body boards, sand toys, sand chairs, coolers, pool noodles, beach bags, beach towels and a beach umbrella. The villa is fully air conditioned with individually controlled wall units in each room. We rarely need the AIR CONDITIONING as the ocean breezes provide wonderful ventilation. The views from this villa are unsurpassed. Sit and enjoy happy hour on the front deck overlooking the ocean and the island of Vieques.
