The second bedroom, slightly different from our original home has its own access to a bathroom, which is centralized for the use of visitors too. It is also fully furnished with a queen sized bed and has ample closet storage. The third bedroom is outfitted with two single beds, ample closet storage and is furnished also and has its own en-suite bathroom, which is a new addition. The fourth bedroom, is ideally suited for one person and is furnished also. Every room is Equipped with a Samsung 40' smart tv, with 5 Profiles to use for Netflix, Modern ceiling fans and Samsung Air-Conditioners. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Large sized fridge with an automatic ice maker, microwave, gas stove and oven. A Keurig coffee maker with one full drawer of a variety of flavors to choose from is included also. The home has an electric hater heater installed to ensure consistent hot water for our guests as we have done before, with our first home. Rear patio is equipped with a BBQ (2 cylinders of propane inc) and ample seating for 7. The west coast has the calmest swimming waters in Barbados and is the only coast in Barbados where you don't have to worry about seaweeds on the beach. Sunset Crest is in the southern end of the town of Holetown, the 2nd largest town in Barbados (after Bridgetown) and provides all of the advantages that being "in" town has to offer. The condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed and air-conditioning (bedroom only). There is in-house high speed internet/WiFi. Also, immediately across the street from the condo, there is a local food van that sells lunch from Monday to Friday during the week with local Barbados (Bajan) food such as chicken, pork, fish, etc., and has very reasonable prices that is a nice alternative from the more expensive restaurants in the area. A pay-as-you go local cell phone is made available for use by guests (use of phone is free, you are only responsible to keep your pay-as-you-go sim card topped up!) that will enable guests to make local and oversea calls (without incurring local roaming charges) and also to receive calls from family and friends from abroad and locally. Our apartment is very well equipped with all the commodities that Cuba can offer for you to have a fantastic stay. Within walking distance, you will find amazing tourist and architectural buildings. The National Hotel (World Travel Awards Winner 2016 & declared a National Monument is only three blocks away), Hotel Habana Libre (two blocks away), Malecon (three blocks away), Caffe Laurent Restaurant and La Cocina de Esteban Restaurant (very well-known private paladares) only two blocks away, among many other privately owned restaurants and cafeterias. Old Havana, The Cathedral, The Morro-Cana Fortress are only 10 – 15 min cab ride away. We offer breakfast services for a modest fee allowing you to leave the apartment ready for the days adventures. The Art Factory (Contemporary, cultural and privately owned center with unique offerings such as films, concerts & art exhibitions (check it out on TripAdvisor) as well as many Museums like the Art Museum, Museum of the Revolution, among others, are only 10 min cab ride away. There is a Farmers Market and convenience store only a block away that offers many Cuban staples and various items needed for the home. You will have the entire place to yourself and our onsite contact, Magalys, will check you in, provide you with the keys and answer any questions you may have. She will also assist you in the event any issues with the accommodations arise during your stay. We have also created a comprehensive guest book that provides a brief history of Cuba, historic places you may want to visit, where to eat, among other things. We have a fully furnished kitchen, American and Cuban style coffee makers are also available . The building has two fully functional elevators.     The home definitely has a wow factor when you walk through the door,the views are breathtaking. The house is very comfortable to hang out in and very well equipped. They even had puzzles and games. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were on the other side of the living area, that way if some went to bed early others still could stay up without interference. We only had 3 in our group so we never used the guest house or the pool house for that matter. The beds and pillows were not that comfortable average at best. I was very disappointed that the big master spa tub did not work and he said they couldn’t get parts to fix it. It probably would have taken a day to fill because the water pressure is vey low. I would suggest they remove the photo and update the living room photo because the furniture is completely different. The new couches and rug are beautiful and comfortable.
    I think a lot of things are so expensive that they just defer you from using them. The biggest one being the air conditioning and your $300 allowance. Had I read that I’m not sure I would rent here. It was very humid and we rarely turned it on except for the bedrooms at night and sometimes in the afternoon to get the humidity out. Like I said never used the guesthouse and we went over the allowance. I think for this kind of money you shouldn’t have to worry about your comfort level. I do have to say the management company was amazing anything you needed they were very attentive and always pleasant. It was easy to arrange for a masseuse to come to the house,they also have a cleaning service come in one day,and we were able to arrange our COVID tests to be taken at our villa.

    The bathroom was convenient when out by the pool because you could not access the pool from the back of the house. We did sit down by the dock but I have no idea how you could ever go in the water from there,it is complete rocks and the stairs under the water are so slippery that I couldn’t even get my feet wet so that was a bit disappointing. We did enjoy the pool area and swam many nights as well.
    Not being familiar with the area the home is not near town so there is nothing to walk to or even go walking. We had hoped to walk every day but the streets are not conducive to it. I’m glad we rented a car however anytime we went to town for dinner we hired a driver because with driving on the other side of the road which I was also not aware of it was too scary at night.
    In conclusion I would just say do your homework and make sure the things that are important to you are addressed. It’s a beautiful country with beautiful friendly people. Bring lots of money because it is so expensive ??
