Each villa is made up of 2 floors, each one featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In the master bedroom there is a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin size beds and the third bedroom a queen size bed. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main room with a king size bed has its own private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The rooms have central air conditioning and the master control is located in the main room. On the ground floor we have the living room, dining room and kitchen. On this floor we have a ceiling fan and a half bath (a toilet). Rates do not include breakfast, lunch or dinner, however, if requested in advance we can hire a private cook to prepare you meals in the kitchen of the villa. You just bring the ingredients or you can order in advance that we buy the ingredients here and we can add it to your bill.

Just down the stairs from the patio is the plunge pool (shared with 4 other condos.) The upstairs balcony has a great view of the surrounding landscape, including the main beach in front of town. This balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and has a small seating area as well. The space Our air-conditioned, two-story condo has two bedrooms upstairs, both with their own bathrooms with showers, and both with access to the upstairs balcony views. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with internet and Netflix, as well as a 2 piece bathroom. Guest access The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy. There are 4 other condos in our complex, and the plunge pool as well as the laundry facilities are shared. The parking lot gates are kept closed at night, and there is a security guard on duty 24/7. Other things to note Please note that we do limit the amount of electricity that is included in our listing price. By controlling your air conditioning usage, you can keep your usage down. The bedroom units are separately controlled, and should be kept off when not using the bedrooms. The main downstairs unit should also be turned off when you are out of the unit, or upstairs sleeping. Our allowance is 25 kilowatt hours per day; anything over and above will be charged to you at the rate of US$0.50 per kilowatt hour.

We love the jungle and the ocean but we also like to come home to conveniences that are not common in the area. We have hot showers, clean drinking water, a full kitchen, electricity 24 hours a day, and great wifi. This may seem standard but that is not the case in this area. The house is screened-in open air and does not have air conditioner. We do have fans in every room in case you need it. You will find that the nights are cool and you likely will not want a fan on. But it is available to you. Our property has many fruit trees including, pineapple, mangos, avocado, limes, bananas, plantains, jack fruit, mandarine, cacao, cashews, coconuts, and more. We also have a garden for you to pick from. You are welcome to anything you find on our property. We have a full time employee/licensed tour guide on site. Don't worry, he lives in a separate house and can be as visible or invisible as you like. Gary is his name and he is there to manage the property and keep up the land, is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to take care of any needs during your stay. He is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the area. You will love him. If you decide that you want to go eat at a nearby hotel, he can coordinate that. He will need to call and see what they are serving as the hotels do not have menus and serve only one option per meal. Anything at al that you want or need can be taken care of through Gary. The property is about 16 acres of mostly untouched Forrest. You are free to roam around and see all the animals and plants. This is truly an amazing area so you will see many animals in their natural habitat. Gary can take you around the property and to nearby waterfalls. He is highly skilled and licensed as a guide so he can spot things you would never see by yourself. The entire property is available to you. We are also the last point you can reach by car before the National Park. From here you must park and walk approximately 3.5 kilometers to the park entrance. Its an amazing walk. Our goal is to completely exceed your expectations. We are always available to answer any question and handle any issues. Please message us and we will respond right away. You will also have a two way radio so that you can contact Gary 24 hours a day. He is close by and will be there to serve you during your stay. As we mentioned, if you don't need him then you wont see him at all. If you do need him then he will be there. Your choice.

Children are welcome but must be well supervised because of the pool area. We have extra air mattress for children if needed. Private chef and laundry are provided for a fee. The property is 13 acres with numerous walking trails and four troops of Howler monkeys along with Capuchin and the rare Azuero Spider monkey in danger of extinction. The pool is professional maintained weekly and the propery has a fulltime property manager and rental manager 24/7. The entire property is fenced and gated for your privacy. The home has a generator for the kitchen area if needed. One dog is allowed less than 40 lbs, but not allowed on furniture or beds. The property manager lives in a separated casita on the property but you will never see her unless you need something.The casita has it’s own driveway. She handles your laundry ( for a fee) and cooking if needed. This property is rural, you will need a car and in raining season a small SUV is advisable. Each room is equipped with its own washroom, AIR CONDITIONING, cable TV, ceiling fans and queen size beds There is 1 King room suite upstairs and 2 Queen rooms upstairs across the hall, There are 4 rooms in the shape of Octagon Cabins with their own washrooms. They are on the ground floor at each corner of the property, Yoga lounge, bar pool, eating area is outside open concept gazebo style ceilings Kitchen can be used for groups that are together if you want to cook a meal for long stays but most people go out to eat because we are not a restaurant style complex. Otherwise the maids use it for preparing the buffet breakfast. The whole property is surrounded with a concrete wall, gate and 24 hour security system. All Air conditioned, fans, WiFi, linens and towels. We are an intimate Villa style property about a 2 minute walk to the Pacific Ocean and 7 other walk-able pristine beaches.
