In the La Talanguera area of San Juan del Sur, is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the action in town. The lower level has a large patio with lots of seating and a BBQ. Just down the stairs from the patio is the plunge pool (shared with 4 other condos.) The upstairs balcony has a great view of the surrounding landscape, including the main beach in front of town. This balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and has a small seating area as well. The space Our air-conditioned, two-story condo has two bedrooms upstairs, both with their own bathrooms with showers, and both with access to the upstairs balcony views. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with internet and Netflix, as well as a 2 piece bathroom. Guest access The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy. There are 4 other condos in our complex, and the plunge pool as well as the laundry facilities are shared. The parking lot gates are kept closed at night, and there is a security guard on duty 24/7. Other things to note Please note that we do limit the amount of electricity that is included in our listing price. By controlling your air conditioning usage, you can keep your usage down. The bedroom units are separately controlled, and should be kept off when not using the bedrooms. The main downstairs unit should also be turned off when you are out of the unit, or upstairs sleeping. Our allowance is 25 kilowatt hours per day; anything over and above will be charged to you at the rate of US$0.50 per kilowatt hour.

Each villa is made up of 2 floors, each one featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In the master bedroom there is a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin size beds and the third bedroom a queen size bed. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main room with a king size bed has its own private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The rooms have central air conditioning and the master control is located in the main room. On the ground floor we have the living room, dining room and kitchen. On this floor we have a ceiling fan and a half bath (a toilet). Rates do not include breakfast, lunch or dinner, however, if requested in advance we can hire a private cook to prepare you meals in the kitchen of the villa. You just bring the ingredients or you can order in advance that we buy the ingredients here and we can add it to your bill.

The casa features two spacious bedrooms (air-conditioned) with queen beds, large closets, and ensuite bathrooms which have on-demand hot water, though you can opt out of heated showers, the ambient temperature being quite warm and refreshing. The rooms look out upon the courtyard patio and swimming pool. Your most difficult decision will be whether to have a morning dip in the pool before or after fresh-brewed coffee. In addition to coffee, we're just a block from the market, where a selection of fresh, local fruits, and farm produce arrive daily. After coffee, and a swim, don't feel like cooking, just around the block, there's a little cafe for a typical Nicaraguan breakfast, or for something a little more traditional to your home. Don't worry about staying in touch with family, we also offer complimentary high speed internet, WiFi and VoIP telephone at very reasonable rates to Canada and the US. Laundry facilities are also available in the house. We would also be happy to arrange with airport shuttle and local tours.
