Our studio's name comes from a noble family who lived there and build an altar of Our Lady in the Cathedral of St. John, leaving permanent mark in history. As our guest you have available studio apartment size 30m2 with bathroom, kitchen and dining room with all necessary utensils, 2 beds and a sofa bed (that is free to accommodate 2 people). There's also satellite TV, wireless internet and parking at a nearby parking lot. Inside the facility are allowed smoking and pets. Will delight you the fact that you have to use a fenced terrace, which offers all the intimacy that you may be required. All what is it about Trogir is in the reach of your hand. Waterfront, fortress Kamerlengo, st. Lawrence cathedral and all other monuments, restaurants, bars, events during whole year especially during summer. Small beach is 100m away from the house. Taxi boat to the most popular beach in the area, Okrug Beach, is leaving from the waterfront in front of Kamerlengo fortress. Shop is 50m away and closest restaurant is also some 50m away from the house. The studio is located in the old part of the Trogir town. When you arrive with bus on the main Trogir bus station you have to cross small stone bridge and then straight from the bridge enter through ‘North Town Gate’. If you are by car just call us when arrived and we will welcome you on the 'North Town Gate' and give you exact directions where to park your car.

The nearest beach is Peroj and Fazana and are both less than a 5 minute drive away and Pula airport is 15 minutes by car. If you need a bike is possible rent a bike. Vodnjan have a bike street and when you will come we have a map. Breakfast, lunch or evening meal can be arranged and prepared for you as we also have a traditional Istrian Konoba ( Private restaurant )- (We products istian ham,bacon and sausages) The house is a ham shop with tasting room where you can enjoy smoked ham, bacon, sausage and pork loin. Tram station is just 200 meters from apartment. You can also walk and look around and with all the stops you make, it will take you 45 minutes to be on a main square, the very center of Zagreb. The apartment is composed of two spacious and bright rooms (living room and bedroom), big entering hallway, dining room with kitchen, large bathroom and separate toilet. It’s on second floor, suitable for up to 4 persons and functional for living. Kitchen is fully equipped and there’s also a washing machine. Bedroom has a big bed (180 X 200 cm) and living room has a sofa that can turn into a bed for two. Don’t worry about the cold days – central heating is also available and you can regulate it. Testimonials from happy guests I can't say enough about the hospitality Stanka showed us. She makes the apartment feel like your home. She greeted us when we arrived and immediately you could see the thought she put into making the apartment feel homey. Since there were three of us traveling together she left 3 chairs out at the patio table. We each had our own color coded towels so that we could tell them apart. There was juice and cold water in the fridge and cookies and cappuccino in he cabinet to welcome us. She provided beach towels so that we didn't have to waste room in our luggage. There was literature on the table about Zadar. She was very knowledgeable about the area. When it rained, she gave us umbrellas. She even scheduled us a taxi ride to the airport. We had all the benefits hotel concierges offer while in an environment that felt like home. The apartment is in a quiet safe residential area within walking distance to the markets and beaches. There is a bus station also within walking distance to take you to the beautiful old city or other parts of Zadar. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
