The house patio opens out to a picturesque view of the river and the bank is a only a few steps away. The Neighborhood We are in Panagad Island which is in close proximity to the main arterial highway in Kerala, the NH 7. On the other side of the river is a quaint almost magical village temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The adjoining Cheppanam island and areas beyond have some of the best (and yet undiscovered) landscapes co-exisitng with modern facilities like a specialty yacht club, international schools and a super specialty hospital. Getting around While public transport by bus, auto-rickshaw are easily accessible and frequent, we recommend chauffeured taxis that can be booked for short and long journeys on a hourly / daily basis.
