A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a pass-through flank the living/dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat screen monitor, and a ½-bath ensuite complete the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round.
