To go to the beach, simply come down the elevator to our lobby, walk across our patio and just a few steps away is the start of the Famous Waikiki Beach. The new Kitchen includes Granite Counter tops, new cupboards, new full size fridge, microwave, stove, Keurig Machine, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, Rice Cooker, Electric Skillet, pots and pans. There are a many wonderful restaurants less than a block away, but you also the option of eating in if you prefer. In the evening, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki and watch the Rainbows on the mountains. TELEPHONE: We provide Free telephone with long distance to USA and Canada. INTERNET: We provide Free WiFi service. No need to rent a car here, You are close to everything. The bus stop is right in front of the building and so are the taxis. For $2.50 the bus will take you all around the Island. The location is one of the key features of this apartment. The apartment is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. There are many shops and two restaurants on-site, including Kuai Market for consumables. Also, there are many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & Wailana 24 hour restaurant, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, mini marts within a block of the condo. Every Friday night, you can enjoy free Hawaiian Hula show & fireworks. Since 95% of the time, this apartment is rented by two people (couples), we have removed the wall between the living room and bedroom to give the unit an open feeling. The Bathroom has a shower unit only which makes it very easy for our elderly guests to get it and out. There is a laundromat on the next to the Elevator, coin operated washer/dryer facilities.

    As a first time user with Owner Direct I found the process simple and easy to use.

    After finding accommodation on the Owner Direct website I was put in touch with the owner of the condo that I had selected.

    The owner was very easy to deal with and always promptly replied to my emails. He is trustworthy, honest and very helpful.

    The condo was a little outdated, but the owner assures me that he is starting renovations later this year. The price was very affordable, as accommodation in Hawaii can be very expensive. It had a comfortable king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

    The condo is situated in a really good location within walking distance to Waikiki and the major shopping centre, Ala Moana. It is also in close proximity to the beach, major bus routes and many eating places.

    All in all it was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend this condo for it's affordability and location.
