Outside, there is huge yard / garden (5 acres), big deck with good views up the valley, volleyball court, dock, and access to Swan Lake for a small boat or kayak. The lake foreshore is not suitable for swimming but if you like to canoe, kayak or fish - it's perfect. There is a small dock for non-motorised craft.

Our beautiful three bedroom 1400 square foot condo, is well stocked and comfortable for families or friends. Located on the top floor of the three floor complex, we over look the Okanagan River and are right next to the sandy shores of the south end of Skaha Lake. The complex has a pool to enjoy in the late spring and summer months, and is adjacent to the beach and playground. The beach itself is sandy, and beautiful to spend the day at. We are walking distance to the pubic boat launch if you bring your boat with you, and you can tie up your boat in front of the condo in the river. Most times you will be able to see your boat from our deck and/or living room. Angling opportunities from spring to fall. There is plenty for everyone to do, with Penticton a 15 minute drive to the north of us, and Oliver about the same distance to the south. We are walking distance to groceries and liquor in the town of Okanagan Falls, and the famous Tickleberry's Icecream and gift shop that we visit at least twice during our stay. For your convenience; the condo is equipped with three tv's, family board games and novels. We also have a few outdoor games equipment, beach toys and chairs. There is a fold up wagon in the closet to use to bring up groceries in the elevator, or take to the park/beach. If you like to golf or visit wineries, there are plenty of golf courses and wineries in the area close by. Apex Mountain (45 minutes) and Mount Baldy (60 minutes), are famous for skiing/boarding and other family activities in the winter months. Casa Azul is a brand new, cozy cabin on a shared 5 acres in Armstrong in the North Okanagan. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with the sounds of the birds and views of the countryside. Walk in the front door to an open cabin with tall ceilings and large windows for all that bright light. The brand-new kitchen has everything you need for a quiet night inside. There is a cozy living room with a pullout couch. Head upstairs to the open, loft bedroom with a king size bed. The bunkroom is located just outside the side door, it’s attached to the cabin but not right inside the main living area. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom Loft: King Bed (sleeps 2) Bunk Room (attached): Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) Living Room: Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Single Cot – could be used in the main living space if needed, just ask. Occupancy is set at 4 guests, however the cabin can sleep up to 6. If you have extra guests, there would be a $35 per guest, per night charge. Please just ask. You will also find Farmstrong Cider close by. Casa Azul has a quiet, shared hot tub for you to use during your stay and is open during the winter season. During the spring, summer and fall, there is a $25 charge to open the hot tub and must be done upon request. There is also a sauna that you could use but there will be an extra charge – just ask. Welcome to the Altitude Adjustment. Our beautiful Big White, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet is perfect for the entire extended family, including Fido. With a huge fully equipped kitchen and eating and sleeping room for 12, there is no shortage of space. We love families. Please no party groups. New for the 22/23 season we have all new quartz counters, sinks, lighting and heated tile entry. Relax after your day on the slopes in the comfortable, high quality leather sofas or in the large, private hot tub. There is an additional seating area in the loft and games room in the garage, so everyone has space to spread out. Located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Snow Pines, our chalet is located on a quiet street and there is a ski-out track in front that is also great for tobogganing at night. As you enter through the garage/games room, where there is plenty of storage for your skis, boards and wet clothes, there is also a heated boot dryer. The basement level offers a heated slate floor, full bath and bunk room with 2 sets of single bunk beds to sleep 4. On the 2nd (main level), is the kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as a powder room and large room with a King bed. On the 3rd (top) floor, there is an additional sitting area with cable TV, a full bath with tub/shower, a bedroom with a single-over-double bunk, and the master bedroom with a King bed and full ensuite. Guest access Guests will be given a door code to check themselves in and out 24hrs. Other things to note There is no garage parking because it is a games room but there are 2 driveway parking spots and a free overflow lot at the end of the street. Hot tub runs November - April and is typically closed for the summer, but it can be filled for an additional fee. The pool table is for playing pool only. Do not store anything on it or use it for adjusting or maintaining ski/board equipment. Above 29 and family groups only, no party groups.

This 2 bedroom with a loft is located in the upper village and features 2 large bedrooms, each with private bath. The master bedroom has a King bed and single bed. The second bedroom has a King bed. It also has a loft with double hide-a-bed and a single bed that is well suited as a "third bedroom" or just a great place to watch TV or a movie. The living room feels very roomy with the high vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook all those great meals. All the bathrooms include heated slate floors. It also features private hot tub.

Our week in OK Falls Skaha Lake Paradise was amazing. The accommodations were excellent and the proximity to various activities made our stay exciting and lots of fun. Our adult children and their spouses had a great time also...We would definitely recommend this place and hope to maybe go there again some time. Looking forward to having you stay with us!!
