Since there were three of us traveling together she left 3 chairs out at the patio table. We each had our own color coded towels so that we could tell them apart. There was juice and cold water in the fridge and cookies and cappuccino in he cabinet to welcome us. She provided beach towels so that we didn't have to waste room in our luggage. There was literature on the table about Zadar. She was very knowledgeable about the area. When it rained, she gave us umbrellas. She even scheduled us a taxi ride to the airport. We had all the benefits hotel concierges offer while in an environment that felt like home. The apartment is in a quiet safe residential area within walking distance to the markets and beaches. There is a bus station also within walking distance to take you to the beautiful old city or other parts of Zadar. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
