The apartment is three rooms independent – 50 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, a second bed room with barrel vaults, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent heating system adequate also for winter holidays. Into the second bed room there are three single beds. (Total Sleeping: five). The cooking area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, there is also a washing machine which use is 'On Request", and color TV set. The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment. The mean feature of the apartment is the quietness, as it is immersed into the green in a noiseless spot far away from the City traffic, tough it is positioned only few hundred meters far from the Main Square.

This room is very airy and full of light thanks to 3 windows facing the sea. On one side of the living room access is into the kitchen with a window overlooking Conca dei Marini and the sea. The kitchen, adorned with teastfully blue maiolica tiles, is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven , a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a bar table with two stools. From the kitchen, 10 steps lead to the mezzanine level which gives access to a bathroom (by climbing 2 more steps) and to the large terrace which benefits from wonderful views over the surroundings countryside and the sea . The small bathroom, with blue modern majolica tiles is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a full stall shower and a small window with sea view. The large, private terrace is partly shaded by a retractable awning under which is arranged an outdoor dining area equipped with table , chairs and a barbecue. The area open to the sun is furnished with two sun lounges The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coastline. Back to the living/dining room, you will be able to each, through a stone stairway of 10 steps , the night area which three bedrooms sharing a bathroom along the corridor. The master bedroom is fully of light and airy. It is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables, large wardrobe and air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom offers also direct access to a terrace with sea through a French door. The terrace features tables with chairs. The second room, in the green color, is a twin bedroom with window facing north. This bedroom features a wardrobe, a chair and air conditioning/heating unit. The third bedroom is equipped with a French bed, a wardrobe, a chair, an air conditioning/heating unit and a window facing Amalfi and the sea. This floor hosts a spacious bathroom along the corridor. A welcoming two-story apartment on the top floor of an ancient house dating back to the 12th century. The building ( with no elevator) is located in the oldest and most central area of Amalfi , only 50 meters away from the famous Piazza del Duomo di Amalfi (Square of the Cathedral of Amalfi), which is the rendezvous of the town. At the foot of the famous stairway to the Duomo, you will find elegant shops, bars, and restaurants with outdoor tables. The promenade along the sea, the beach, all the other tourist attractions and the Piazza Flavio Gioia are a few meters away from the apartment. The interiors have been recently refurbished throughout to provide a comfortable accommodation. The ground floor level is paved with tiles; instead, the first floor, which hosts the sleeping area, is paved with parquet and features sloped ceiling and characteristic exposed wood beams. The charming market town of Cisternino being the nearest to the house, with a drive of approximately 5kms. For cyclists, walkers and trekkers, the nearby ‘Ciclovia dell’Acquedotto Pugliese’, a non-vehicle track, is conveniently located nearby and accessible to visitors to this house. The 500 km historic and original water system construction brought water to Puglia from Caposele in the early 20th century from the province of Avellino in the Campania district and runs through the Valle d’itria connecting the local towns. Our villa on the island of Ischia, in the bay of Naples, is the ideal place for a complete relaxing holiday. The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden where two swimming pools and a stone bath, give to the place a special charm. Ischia, known for its thermal springs is in the bay of Naples, not far from Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The house is a pretty and comfortable two bedrooms apartment and is at FORIO ,on the western coast of the island, in a panoramic position far from the urban traffic and is provided , in the large garden,with several corners to offer you the maximum of the relax.It is located within a walking distance to Forio,where are many bars and restaurants and cafès. Here can have a drink while looking at the people walking on the street. The 2 ensuite bathrooms are modern and spacious, very well decorated with italian majolica tiles.An hairdryer is for your use. There is a washing machine in an outdoor laundry complete of iron and ironing board. The accomodaation is fully air conditioned and a large terrace ,seating 5 people, is furnished with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas to let you have your meals " Al Fresco ". The supermarket is only 100 metres away, the sandy beach is at 800 metres away. Forio harbour and downtown is at 500 metres away. Bus stop at the entrance. From the bedroom, a French door leads out onto the first terrace. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline. From the living room, 5 steps takes up to a large kitchen and a separate Dining room From the dining room, inner stairs ( approx. 11 steps), lead to the rooftop terrace. The terrace is shaded by an elegant awning which gives shade to a table suitable for dining outside while enjoying a wonderful view of the sea, of the town centre and the surrounding hill town of Scala At the other end of the sitting room, a short corridor takes you to the other 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single). The 2 bathrooms are outside the rooms, to respect the villa's historical architectural plans. The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area. Parking may be tricky here but there is no need for a car as restaurants, bars, boutiques and all immediate necessities are close at hand and a short walk or bus ride downhill leads to the town center and to the two beaches. However, paid garages (to be booked in advance) are in the neighborhood if you do have a car, at additional charge of 25-30 euros per day payable locally. Accommodation (65 sqm) is spread across two levels. Through the entrance door and up twenty steps , is the tiny but very charming single bedroom with windows with views over the rooftops of Positano . There is no air conditioning in this bedroom but a fan can be provided in the summer months. There is also a bathroom with a fully enclosed shower, a basin and WC at this level. A staircase of twelve more stairs leads to a warm and spacious living/dining room comfortably furnished with a two seater sofa , two armchairs, a flat screen satellite TV with CD and DVD , an air conditioning/heating unit, a round dining table in the centre and an open fireplace (wood for the fireplace is charged according to usage) Off one side of the living room is the compact kitchen which is fully equipped with gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. On the other side of the living room is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet, fully enclosed shower and hairdryer.The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and enjoys views of the sea and of the village. The rooms on this floor have vaulted ceilings and thick stone walls, which is characteristic of the ancient buildings of the area. Along the whole length of the living room runs a terrace plenty big enough for lounging and eating out. The terrace is shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and enjoys wonderful views of the sea and of the village. Access: The apartment will be reached from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 83 steps. The entrance of the house is only a short walk away from the one-way internal road housing local traffic and Positano’s inner transport system only. Shops, restaurants and cafés can be found along the internal road , within 100 meters from the house. At the same distance is abus stop for the local yellow-bus that circulates around Positano and takes to the pedestrian area downtown. The pedestrian area can also be reached on foot through the old, typical ramps of stairs and romantic lanes which characterize Positano ; the local bus will take guests back up from the centre down below. From the pedestrian area, the main beach of Positano, called Spiaggia Grande, can only be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes by following a charming downhill alley closed to traffic, which will take to the beach in approximately 1kmw. This alley is full of colourful shops and boutiques, where guests will be able to shop for fashion and local hand-made goods.

To the right of the main beach numerous ferries and hydrofoils ply daily between Positano and Capri (50min), Naples (50 min), Amalfi (30 min) and Salerno ( 1/2 h). Within few minutes walk there is a variety of shops, bars, internationally known boutiques and various restaurants.
