Our property is part of a small friendly community of forty houses where local fishermen and workers at the National Park live. There are three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, patio, and a covered front terrace. The patio is fenced for privacy and boast several different types of trees including mango and almond trees. These offer refreshing shade and provide the perfect area to enjoy dinner with family and friends. Main meals in the area are fresh seafood. The “catch of the day” may include many varieties of fish, shrimp, crab, oyster, octopus and lobster. Local beers include Bucanero and Cristal. Both popular with locals and tourists. International wine and beer are also available. Meals are prepared for a price of approximately 5 - 8 CUC. The owner will be able to provide current menu prices if you proceed with the booking. The house facilities include a TV and refrigerator. Three bedrooms have air conditioning; All rooms have security windows that can be opened. The house has 24 hour water service. We can provide a cook and meal service. Cayo Bariay National Park is located next to the house. All around the area you will find fruit trees such as mango, coconut, guanabana, guava, banana, pineapple, lemon and avocado. The park offers two bars, a restaurant, horse back riding, historical aboriginal town and show. Of course no visit to Cuba would be complete without going to the beach. Cayo Bariay National Park has a beautiful natural beach. There is free parking at the home. Main road is 50 meters from home but you cannot find public transport in the area, you have to call a taxi to go out. We can arrange taxi when you request it to us in advance.

Comfortable and entire apartment on first floor for family vacation rental, located very central in Vedado neighborhood, on L street just one block from La Rampa famous boulevard (where WiFi service is available 7/24 ) and 5 blocks from the Malecon seafront avenue, the spectacular promenade beside the ocean and a nice place to stroll along at sunset or to meet the locals. Very close to Habana Libre, Nacional and Capri hotels, private and government restaurants and cafeterias as Waoo!, La Kapital, La Torre at the FOCSA building, Coppelia ice-cream parlor; lots of clubs, cinemas, theaters & many other attractions. Sweet Habana apartment is very clean and secure, luminous and airy. The living area has a TV with local channels and opens to a balcony; the dining room has seats for 6 and a large glass window that provides a good ventilation. In case guests prefer acclimatized room, the property is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven, gas stove with oven, a two doors refrigerator and a variety of electric appliances, cookware and dinner service. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has double bed, TV and DVD player. It has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a convenient double and a single bunk beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and hot and cold water. Clean bedding and bath, face and hand towels are provided as well as shampoo, soap and toilet tissue. Washer, iron and hanging lines are provided. There is smoke detector, Safety card and First Aid Kit. A land line phone for local calls and a local cell phone with ($10) credit are available for the use of the guests. Internet access is available at the hotels. WiFi is also available all along La Rampa Boulevard using a pre-paid card. The entire apartment is available for guests with the exception of the locked areas, reserved by the owner for storage. The building has wireless intercom. No elevator in the building, no easy access for handicapped persons. Parking is allowed on the street and there is a controlled parking area next to the building (tips are expected). Transportation is not an issue as there are plenty of old cars and regular taxis going by all the time, the City Tour bus stops in front of the building. There are several car rental agencies around but we would recommend you, if you are interest on renting a car, you should book it online in advance or contact the agencies by email or phone before you come. We appreciate our guests to have an ethical behavior. There are other family´s apartments in the building then we ask please, do not make unnecessary noises or play loud music. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, do it at the balcony instead. Pets are not allowed. In general Cubans are very friendly and like to talk and socialize with visitors. However is interesting to note that in tourist areas is common to find some persons who try to get advantage of foreign tourists. Guests should be very careful allowing other persons into the apartment. Guests are responsible for any offense that could happen in the apartment.
